The Astrocetus tek saddle does allow you to build on it with 5 structures however it is quite small and barely considered a platform thats why it's in the notes it however also has 3 turrets and allows bombing with it. It has a bomber mode that drops a cluster of bombs below it, consuming ambergris as the ammo. Contrary to its normally docile nature it is quite territorial when approached and will attack if you get too close.
